Try searching with the keywords 'ornament', 'charm' (without bag) or 'micro + description of what you're looking for'. There are a lot of mini crafts that you can turn into bag charms. If it doesn't come with a strap or string, you can easily grab one from the craft store and add it yourself.
Here's an example, I glued together felt to hold a carved wood horse from Sweden to turn it into a dangling charm.
